Over the weekend we hit up a really cool breakfast spot called HOMIES, opened by a bunch of skater dudes. The vibe was super chill and easy-going with super affordable breakfast deals served up in ghetto but appropriate orange plastic trays, tea served in prison-style metal cups and sweet jams (the music kind, not the fruit kind) blasting throughout. After brunch, we stopped by the mysterious Avocado Lady and picked up some groceries for tonight’s yummy and healthy taco/burrito night at the LamLai’s.
